Our philosophy is to do everything possible to make your horse happier and healthier. We focus on quality of life, extending athletic performance, and providing excellent service and compassion to you, the owner.
I'm Dr. Kate Moga. I am dedicated to doing everything possible to make your horse happier and healthier.
In addition to routine preventative care, including vaccinations, fecals, dentistry, and more, we offer chiropractic and field surgery.
Vaccinations and deworming schedules are designed to meet the individual needs of your horse. We work with owners and provide "whole horse" health tips.

A Message From Dr. Moga
The number of solo equine vets in the Fredericksburg area has decreased either because of retirement or shrinking their coverage area. There will be a few times during the year when I will be unavailable and without backup coverage. I have been trying hard to recruit other solo vets to our area.
Please have a backup plan. Anitinflammatory medications bute and banamine are good emergncy drugs. At your horse’s yearly exam I can explain when and how they might be helpful.
Make sure your truck and trailer are serviceable.

To be eligible for emergency service your horse needs to have had one exam with me during the past 12 months.
